Smart Technology

Wide Screen, Wider Information

A 12.3-inch intuitive touchscreen eases cognitive load and makes each drive more enjoyable. Directly below the head unit, a row of physical buttons flanked by rotary control dials serves as one-touch shortcuts to access the most commonly utilized functions.

Command Center

A 12.3-inch all-digital gauge cluster is designed to be very easy on the eyes, whether driving at night or during the day, and packs a wide array of helpful information that can be accessed at a glance.

Change your fuel, change the future

Hydrogen offers the best way forward for trucking and our communities. Hyundai is committed to building a future of clean, local energy by partnering with companies and organizations across the industry. In California, Hyundai has already partnered with the NorCal Zero project to launch the largest US hydrogen truck deployment and set a new U.S. benchmark for zero-emission freight logistics with Glovis America.

Hydrogen Tank

Hydrogen tank is the first place where hydrogen reaches when charged. Hydrogen, which starts from here, is converted into electricity through a fuel cell system.

Fuel Cell System

Fuel Cell System that generates the electricity to drive, is also called a tertiary battery. This runs with hydrogen tank, to convert thermal energy into electrical energy.

Battery

Lithium-ion polymer batteries store electricity, generated by fuel cell system. The batteries have a lower memory sensitivity and excellent charge efficiency compared to conventional ones.

Motor

A motor then converts the electricity produced in the fuel cell system and stored in the high-voltage battery to kinetic energy. This energy sets driving axle in motion. Just like in hybrid and battery electric cars, a regenerative braking system moves electricity back to the battery when the driver uses the brake, improving fuel economy.
